When Do I Request An Inspector?
The best time to consult an inspector is right after you have made an offer on your new building. Your real estate contract usually allows a period of time to have the property inspected.Make sure to have an inspection clause in your contract, and make your purchase contingent upon the findings of the inspection.

What's Included In An Inspection?
A complete thorough home inspection includes a visual examination of the building from the top to bottom. Our inspector evaluates and reports on the condition of the roof, structure, exterior, foundation, drainage, lot topography, heating system, plumbing system, AC system, visible insulation, walls, windows and doors. Only items that are visible and accessible by normal means are included and reported upon.

Can a Building "FAIL" an Inspection?
No. A professional building and property inspection is simply an examination into the current condition of your prospective purchase. It is not an appraisal or a local code inspection. An inspector will not pass or fail a building, but simply describe its condition and indicate which items need minor or major repair or replacement.

What If The Report Reveals Problems?
